Sugar Runes = stat-roll equipment

Each cookie has 8 rune slots (unlocked by star level). Crafting re-rolls every slot at once with Rune Crystals — lock the rolls you want to keep and craft again. There are no set bonuses: value comes from picking the right stats for the cookie's job.

Crafting unlocks around quest #674. Each craft re-rolls every slot at once — tap the lock icon on any slot (locked or not) to keep it. Crafting cost rises with each locked slot.

Auto Craft: Auto Craft repeats until your target rarity/effects appear; up to 3 targeted effects (allthings.how).

Material discipline: Rune Crystals — from the rune crystal dungeon, events and the shop. Scarce: invest in your main carry first, then frontline, then healer.

Every stat, what it does

The full stat table — rune rolls and battle stats use the same names.

Stat	What it does
ATK	Damage dealt; for some cookies also scales healing and ATK buffs (Milk Pediatrician, Toothpaste, Herb).
DEF	Flat damage subtraction on incoming hits.
HP	Damage a cookie can take before fainting at 0.
CRIT Rate	Chance to land a critical hit. Above 100%, the CRIT DMG bonus can apply multiple times.
CRIT RES	Reduces the chance of receiving a critical hit.
CRIT DMG	Multiplier on damage dealt by critical hits.
Accuracy / Evasion	Accuracy vs. Evasion decides whether attacks hit.
Focus / Resistance	Focus vs. enemy Resistance decides whether debuffs land. Stack Focus on debuffers.
DMG Reduction	Percentage damage reduction, multiplicative, caps at 100%.
Movement Speed	Battle movement speed (not for wandering between fights).
Skill AMP	Multiplies skill damage, healing and buff strength — the core support stat.
Skill Haste	Reduces skill cooldown so skills fire more often.
Boss DMG	Extra damage against bosses.
Elemental DMG	Extra damage with elemental advantage (Fire↔Water↔Grass, Light↔Dark).
Status Effect Stacking	Rule: overlapping buffs/debuffs — only the strongest applies.
